Sky Corral has multiple ponds located around our property where you can fish for rainbow trout. We are also located seven miles from the Poudre River which offers fly fishing for some of Northern Colorado’s rainbows, browns, or brook trout.

These spiritual treasure hunts are led by our staff and will take you deep into the forest teaching you not only about the recreational aspects of the Rocky Mountains, but also pointing your family to the Maker behind it all.

Take a self-guided retreat on our scenic prayer path where we provide the Scripture, the locations to reflect, and God provides the inspiration.

Sky Corral staff can offer beginning archery lessons for both youth and adults as we share about the importance of “focus” and “discipline” in an atmosphere that translates into growth for other areas of life and faith.

One of the most amazing reminders of God’s power is captured as you sit beneath the stars learning about the different constellations above. And don’t just take our word, come see for yourself that we have some incredible views of the stars at Sky Corral.

There are some sites on Sky Corral property for those who wish to learn about geocaching and the treasures that can be found. For those who seek a little more challenge, we offer theocaching which will take you into the National Forest where you can find some of the most incredible views in the area, with a little effort and a good guide, of course.

Bordered by the Roosevelt National Forest, there are many trailheads that lead to the Sky Corral gate. You can bike for hours into the forest, stopping for opportunities to hear God speak as you witness the challenges of His Creation.

Join our Wranglers as they lead you on one of the few Spiritual Trail Rides in Colorado. They will take you into the mountains for a half day ride where you can soak in the majesty of creation as you picnic along the mountain ridge looking west toward the peaks of the Comanche Peak Wilderness or overlooking the Poudre River Valley.

Your group will bond and develop a stronger sense of unity as our trained staff leads them through this low elements challenge course. As you depend upon each other, you are forced to experience trust, ingenuity, and new spiritual insights straining toward success together.
